The Founder

David Chouraqui


David Chouraqui founded WINGMIND after a career spanning private equity, mergers & acquisitions, entrepreneurship and executive advisory.

Throughout his career, David has worked in international business development, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, entrepreneurship and executive advisory.

This unique combination of experiences progressively led him to one conviction: many companies do not struggle because their strategy is wrong. They struggle because leadership, organization and culture fail to execute it.

That conviction became the foundation of WINGMIND and of its Human Due Diligence approach, designed to assess the human and organizational factors that determine execution and value creation.

Today, David advises investors, boards, CEOs and leadership teams during acquisitions, build-ups, scaling, CEO transitions, organizational transformations and turnaround situations.

Before founding WINGMIND, he held international business development and marketing roles at L’Oréal, before joining Rothschild Corporate Finance in mergers & acquisitions.

In 2005, he became European Business Development Manager at The Gores Group, a US private equity firm specializing in technology acquisitions, where he sourced investment opportunities across Europe.

In 2010, he founded Closing Circle, an international media company dedicated to Private Equity and M&A, which he successfully sold to Leaders League in 2015.

David graduated from HEC Paris, is certified in Hogan Assessments, and trained in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).

He works fluently in French, English and Spanish.
