David Chouraqui founded WINGMIND after a career spanning private equity, mergers & acquisitions, entrepreneurship and executive advisory.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Throughout his career, David has worked in international business development, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, entrepreneurship and executive advisory.<\/p>\n

This unique combination of experiences progressively led him to one conviction: many companies do not struggle because their strategy is wrong. They struggle because leadership, organization and culture fail to execute it.<\/p>\n

That conviction became the foundation of WINGMIND and of its Human Due Diligence<\/strong> approach, designed to assess the human and organizational factors that determine execution and value creation.<\/p>\n

Today, David advises investors, boards, CEOs and leadership teams during acquisitions, build-ups, scaling, CEO transitions, organizational transformations and turnaround situations.<\/p>\n

Before founding WINGMIND, he held international business development and marketing roles at L\u2019Or\u00e9al<\/strong>, before joining Rothschild Corporate Finance<\/strong> in mergers & acquisitions.<\/p>\n

In 2005, he became European Business Development Manager at The Gores Group<\/strong>, a US private equity firm specializing in technology acquisitions, where he sourced investment opportunities across Europe.<\/p>\n

In 2010, he founded Closing Circle<\/strong>, an international media company dedicated to Private Equity and M&A, which he successfully sold to Leaders League in 2015.<\/p>\n

David graduated from HEC Paris<\/strong>, is certified in Hogan Assessments<\/strong>, and trained in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

He works fluently in French, English and Spanish.<\/p>\n
